**Responsibilities**:
**Analista Asist de Ops de RRHH**
**Main purpose**
The main purpose of the role is to support Change and Position management transformation due to Payroll Project across Mexico, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee processes; guaranteeing cero errors and generating value added services and processes of the Organization.
**Your Impact**
As the Analista Asist de Ops de RRHH you will be responsible for:
- Daily headcount validation for Mexico.
- Audit data control previous to payroll dispersion.
- Tracking of the interface conection between MyHR and the local payrolls systems.
- Tracking ot the daily changes requested of the data that affect the information of the employees.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor of Business Administration or Related Career.
- Experience in personnel administration, payroll or related field.
- Practical experience in personnel management software.
- Knowledge in Intermediate Excel.
