Human Resources AnalystThis is a great opportunity to build a career in the RH area and be part of our Michelin Family, we are looking for proactive, customer oriented bilingual professionals to join the teamMISSION:This position will be responsible for validating Human Resources processes in the system, make sure standards are respected and related information, System tools are properly used by internal partners.In addition to this, will provide support (help desk) for Career Managers, Recruiters and Michelin employees in general for Canada, Mexico and United States, about processes related to the personnel lifecycle as Michelin employees.These are some of the position's main activities- Validate the data entered by internal partners, respecting standards and rules. Intouch processes like Hires, move employees, compensation changes, performace processes, personal information etc.)- Communicate to the next levels, issues and requests from internal partners' not in the scope according to the position responsibilities and the security role in the system.- Deliver reports to internal partners and third party organizations, that satisfy their needs and standards. Ensures the consistency of the different reports.- Ensure compliance with the information treatment procedures by internal partners.-- Understand and conform to policies for treatment of Personnel information.
