Overview:
The
**Human Resources Analyst **will be responsible for the pre boarding and onboarding process for new hires, while contributing to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives towards an employee-oriented & high performance culture - emphasizing empowerment, diversity, quality, productivity and goal attainment.
This role provides guidance, support, and coordination in all the activities related to new hires, such as the successful creation and maintenance of employee files.
This role requires an effective following of policies, procedures, and practices of the HR department within Mexico Operations.
**Contract Type**: 12 month fixed term contract
**Location**: Monterrey, MX
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the new hire process pre boarding & onboarding activities.
- Ensure an exceptional new employee onboarding process experience.
- Ensure relevant HR databases are up to date.
- Engage and communicate with benefits' vendors to ensure adequate registration of new hires.
- Manage personal files for all new starters and ensure that all documentation has been submitted and it is completed according to checklist.
- Act as the first point of contact for new employee queries.
- Engage with new hire Managers to ensure adequate tools are ready, and onboarding activities are being held.
- Assist the HR Team with ad hoc duties when required
This role will be responsible for the "Personal files administration project", ensuring documentation is complete, this also includes leading the digitalization project with an external vendor.
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor degree in business, human resources, psychology, industrial engineering or related
- English Proficiency both verbal & written (Will be evaluated during interview process).
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Analyst, HRBP or related HR role (including internships).
- Experience managing Employee administration workforce Systems (i.e.
Kronos, HR Oracle, iCIMS or similar) is a plus.

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration in Mexico (such a legal regulations, state laws, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management discipline.
- Ability to build effective relationships.
- Uses own initiative and can work independently on a broad variety of projects.
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and demanding targets.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in stressful situations.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Appreciates and understands the need of confidentiality in dealing with all HR matters.
- Questioning the status quo and thinking "outside the box" to improve processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
