Human Resources Assistant

Requisites/Tasks:

- 4-Year College Degree in Business Administration or related
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of computer equipment and collaboration systems for web meetings
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in Administration tasks (in general)
- Knowledge of LFT and RIT
- At least 3 year in Human resources knowledge (hiring & training of personnel)
- Employee's work documentation (IMSS, Infonavit, visas, government documentation, permits)
- Update employee's documentation (resume, status, etc.)
- Review employee's internal reports
- Management of HR indicators(KPI's)
- Coordinating employees and meetings
- ISO 9001:2015 documentation, update, and maintenance
- Travel logistics support when needed
- Support/cover other office team members as needed to meet company goals
- Travel required
