Human Resources Assistant

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 or more years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or HR role.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Must)
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, recruiter or similar role for salary positions
- Collaborative team player with ability to work across levels and functions, flexibility, adaptability and resiliency
- Ability to work in a fast, proactive,with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- TRESS System
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
