As part of this role, you will perform various administrative tasks mainly in Mexico and support our Human Resources department's daily activities in LATAM.Responsibilities include supporting to manage our onboarding and offboarding processes, annual and medical leaves, visas and relocation, keeping record of employee documentation, and supporting benefits and wellbeing.Time management, organization skills, and communication skills are a priority for this fast-paced and varied role. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and passionate about HR administrative tasks in payroll, benefits, and wellbeing.If you are interested in kickstarting your career in HR Administration and getting a closer look at how our company approaches employee engagement and HR processes, we would love to hear from you.QualificationsEducation & experience:Minimum of 3+ years of related experience with an Administration DegreeThe candidate should have good proficiency in MS Office tools: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and ZoomOrganizational and inter-personal skills, with a great attitude towards teamwork.Intermediate/Advanced English levelAble to multi-task while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness.Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageousProven experience working in an office environment in HR Admin tasks in Mexico such as medical leaves, employee files administration, etc.Ideally, experience in payroll processes, benefits, and relocation (visas, PETs, etc.)Key responsibilities:Support in personnel health and safety management.Employee file controlBenefits administrationSupport in the coordination of staff events.Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processesResponding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related mattersSkills:Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and reportabilityThe ability to work as part of a team, 4 days a week in the officeExcellent administrative and organizational skillsEffective communication skills in EnglishDetail-orientedAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
