In addition, they believes that a team of dynamic and talented professionals can help to enrich the lives of the residents and homeowners.J_ob Responsibilities_- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, aptitude exams, and certifications. Adds these into the HRIS system.- Review and correct needed third-party invoices related to HR.- Orders background checks and employee eligibility verifications and onboard new team members.- Responsible for updating benefit plans in our systems as needed and supporting open enrollment.- Maintains and tracks sick, vacation, and rewards programs and updates department-shared calendar.- Draft employee surveys with direction from management.- Assists the department in the performance review process.- Assists with benefit audits and unemployment claims.- Processes employment separations, including final pay and exit interviews.- Creates forms and documents that support the HR department.- Creates and processes change forms and enters approved forms into the HRIS system and employee folders.- Assist the Generalist in ensuring all items are entered into each payroll correctly, including garnishments and year-end processing.- Provides reports to management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.- Schedule:_Monday to Friday- Regular: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST MEX- Daylight saving: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST MEX**_We offer:_**- Competitive Salary (According to experience).- Remote Work.- Work Stability.- Computer equipment.- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- Twelve vacation days after the first year.- IMSS.- Major medical insurance since day 1.After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city).- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary).- Restaurant tickets ($2,000 pesos).- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).**Requirements**:- BA in Business Administration, HR, or related.- 1-2 Years of experience in a similar role.- Experience working in benefits for a BPO or supporting American employees.- Understanding of how payroll works in the USA.
