Human Resources Business Partner (3Er Shift)

**Knowledge and responsibilities**This position will be responsible for 3 shift in a manufacturing site**.**Knowledge and experience managing labor cases according to Mexican Federal labor law, IMSS, Infonavit, Nom-035.Experience managing general employee services: medical area, transportation, cafeteria, etc.Experience working effectively in a matrix organization.Excellent judgment in complex situations with multiple stakeholders.Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams.**Job Requirements**Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/HR or related field.Master's degree in business administration is a plus.Minimum 2 years experience in HR functions/activities and employee services administration, payroll process, etc.)Experience in manufacturing plants.Middle to advanced English skills are needed.
