The role will be responsible for the execution of standard company-wide programs, initiatives and developing plans to robust the benefit platforms, reward activities, actively seeking opportunities for innovation, simplification and problem solving of customer tailored HR solutions, manage the Talent agenda for the DBS.- Provide professional HR expertise, advice and support, coach managers and employees on HR related topics for the designated functions/populations, working closely with COEs & GBS HR- Partner with BUs and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce- Monitor and support HR processes & initiatives on resourcing, development, reward & retention, engagement, headcount tracking as required- Supports effective governance & compliance in all HR activities including Employee Relations & local employment statutory requirements- In charge of the Onboarding process end-to-end as well as innovation agendas for Talent, Rewards and Employee Admin.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you have experience HR processes?- Do you have any experience working with Onboarding process?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Minimum 1 year experience as an HRBP, especially in Employee & Labour Relations, Organization Development, Employee Engagement and Retention, Talent Management.- High level of Microsoft Office suites knowledge (especially Microsoft Excel)- Capability of turning data into business information- Good analytical skills and sound knowledge of reporting tools- Able to understand business goals and recommend tailored HR approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.- Advanced English, both written and spoken.- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Phycologist, Industrial Engineer, or related discipline.**BENEFICIAL**- Experience working with other cultures.- Experience in the Shared Services environment and Business Partnering.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
