Human Resources Business Partner

HRBPProvide HR Support to the head of the department, and respective management team in the areas of organizational development, training and development, performance management, career development, rewards and recognition and engagement, among others, Maintain corporate systems updated with all, termination, promotions, compensation and current organizational structure and staff, Comply with all regulations, manuals, safety, health and environment codes as well as corporate guidelines, Provide support to the human resources projects and initiatives Support employee engagement activities Provide administrative support in the development and delivery of HR solutions, programs and processes Point of contact for employee questions and guidance regarding a variety of HR processes, including benefits, terminations, HRprograms and policies, etc.Provide regular HR reporting, including Org Charts, Head count, etc.This role will require 3 days in our Guadalajara (Mexico) office.Job Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related fields HR background and experience (min 3 years)Strong communication skillsAbility to work under pressureMaintains the highest level of confidentiality in dealing with employee and company informationFully bilingual (English and Spanish)Computer literacy with good experience in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook**Location**:Guadalajara (Mexico)5 Years of relevant HRBP experience
