**The Role****As a HR BP, you will be a collaborative partner- within the HR team, and the wider business.
You will be equipped with a commercial HR toolkit which will enable you to align business operations with HR and be responsible for projects within a HR business partner role.
**- **Working collaboratively with the Senior HR leaders to deliver people plan and practice in supported business areas and/or territories**- **Partnering with senior functional leaders to support team delivery of their functional people plans.
**- **Handling advisory people issues and ability to deal with complex ER cases, escalating where appropriate.
**- **Collaborating with managers to ensure that managers are familiar with People policies and procedures; whilst identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
**- **Advising on employee relations cases; e.G.
monitoring absence, capability and performance; disciplinary and grievances; etc.
whilst assessing emerging or ongoing issues**- **Responsible for ensuring accuracy of employee records, HR Information Systems and providing accurate Management Information (MI) - to ensure the accurate maintenance, updating and auditing of manual and electronic employee records.
**- **Preparing accurate MI to report on key aspects of people data within a timely manner.
**- **Provide project management support and expertise for the people work stream across all departmental projects to ensure legal compliance, collaboration and consistency of approach, whilst establishing credibility by quickly responding to changing priorities
