The HR Business Partner is responsibr providing operational and strategic support to a group of clients (branches and/nctional units). This individual will advise the units on how to desinctional and efficient structures while safeguarding the organizational budget. The incumbent will also be accountabr attracting and selecting our Primos in the different countries we operate.
The HRBP will get the support of the different talent practices (specialties) to provide suit-for-purpose programs or strategies to his/her clients related to learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and org culture, among others.
Your ultimate goal will be to design and execute a strategy to guarantee no gaps in your client´s operation by ensuring to have available talent (recruiting pipelines, people with the right skills, succession plans, and healthy attrition rates).
- This role should be located in Monterrey, México, or theUS.
Top tasks & responsibilities:
- Understand the business of your clients to provide accurate and relevant HR support and advice to impact their objectives.
- Advise your client´s on how to design efficient and sustainable structures.
- Attract and select our Primos, based on a mid/long-term vision.
- Partner with the Talent Practice (centers of expertise) to provide suit-for-purpose and sustainable to your client.
- Become passionate about data as one of your main resourcr decision-making and client persuasion.
Required Skills, Education & Importante empresa
Master´s degree or Bachelor´s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related áreas.
With a Master´s degree, at least three years of Importante empresa as an HR Generalist or Business Partner - or years of relevant Importante empresa and a Bachelor´s degree.
Within those years, at least two years of Importante empresa in recruitmer all level positions.
Importante empresa in Organizational design, Employment Branding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Culture/people Importante empresa, and Diversity & Inclusion is highly desired.
Advanced English is required.
International or multicultural Importante empresa is an advantage.
For the México and US positions, Importante empresa in those markets will be an asset.
Importante empresa in the logistics and transportation sectors is an advantage.
