As an HR Business Partner at ALTEN Mexico, you will work closely with management and employees to provide HR support, align HR strategies with business objectives, and foster a positive work environment.**Your responsibilities will include**:- Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals- Providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational development- Supporting talent acquisition efforts and workforce planning- Conducting training sessions and workshops for management and staff- Monitoring and reporting on HR metrics to align with business objectives- Advising on compensation and benefits strategies- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations- Managing employee engagement initiatives and cultural transformation efforts- Acting as a liaison between employees and management**Requirements**:**To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in a business partner role- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism- Fluency in English is highly preferred- Experience in the engineering or technology sector is a plus**Benefits**- Benefits higher than those required by law- Professional growth and development (Both in Mexico, US, Canada and Europe)- Indeterminate Contract- Hybrid scheme
