We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
As an HR Business Partner at ALTEN Mexico, you will work closely with management and employees to provide HR support, align HR strategies with business objectives, and foster a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goalsProviding guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational developmentSupporting talent acquisition efforts and workforce planningConducting training sessions and workshops for management and staffMonitoring and reporting on HR metrics to align with business objectivesAdvising on compensation and benefits strategiesEnsuring compliance with labor laws and regulationsManaging employee engagement initiatives and cultural transformation effortsActing as a liaison between employees and managementTo be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in a business partner roleStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholdersStrategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalismFluency in English is highly preferredExperience in the engineering or technology sector is a plusAdditional Information: Benefits higher than those required by lawProfessional growth and development (Both in Mexico, US, Canada and Europe)Indeterminate ContractHybrid scheme
