**Title**: Human Resources Business Partner**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey**Function**: Human Resources**Main Responsibilities**:- Ensures human resource operational alignment and input to the effective identification, development, coaching and placement of key talent (staffing & recruitment) to support the enterprise and regional talent acquisition strategy.- Supports employee development activities including succession planning, leadership development, career development, performance management and other employee development processes.Understands the regional network in alignment to the global functions that supports the provision of HR services to business leaders managing matrix organizations, acts as a single point of contact for HR needs for assigned business leader(s).- Coordinates business input to the strategic workforce planning and staffing activities.
Works in liaison with the HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) to support the seamless delivery of services.
**What Skills You Need**:- Comprehensive knowledge in HR principles and procedures such as employee/labor relations, compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, employee communications and legal and corporate compliance.- Experience, ability, or strong interest in supporting and collaborating with international colleagues across multiple time zones.Senior Knowledge of business and management principles in such areas as strategic planning, resource allocation, teamwork development, and leadership technique.- Experience within technology sector preferred.- Fluency in English required.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.- Demonstrated ability to influence and effectively coach employees and leaders to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
