The purpose of the role is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups

**What does the role involve?**:
As an HRBP some of your responsabilities will be:
- Consulting Team Leaders and Team Members with regard to HR relevant topics
- Managing and implementing local HR projects as well as assist in global HR initiatives
- Managing all salary topics as merit increase, promotions, contracts. etc.
- Performing team leader introduction and local trainings of HR processes
- Coaching team leaders in their role on people related matters; provide HR guidance & ensure HR processes/standards are lived - also includes acting as a role model for others

**What you need is**:
- Completed college degree
- Proven experience in HR Generalist areas
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Strong influencing & communication skills and drive to achieve the goals.
- English and Spanish professional proficiency is mandatory
- Nice to have, knowledge in HR Digital Plattforms
