Human Resources Business Partner

We are currently partnering with a manufacturing company with sites across the globe who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner for their Hereford site.
This is a full-time permanent role paying up to £50k, and will be servicing a headcount of c450 staff within a unionised environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing ER support to a site of 450 staff, including disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, sickness, absence and performance managementSupport with sickness and occupational health, including return to work interviewsWorking in partnership with Trade Unions as necessaryCoaching and supporting managers in best people practiceLeading on engagement with employees to develop business needsAccurately maintaining the HRIS, preparing reports as requiredContinually reviewing HR processes and making recommendations for improvementsGuiding, mentoring and coaching a HR Advisor Experience required:
