This is a full-time role located in Mexico City.Qualifications+5 years of experience in the Industry as HR Partner, HR Generalist or relatedTechnical Knowledge:A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business or Psychology)Advanced English language skillsExcellent interpersonal communication, customer-service, and organization skills.Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data to insights.Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience with applicant tracking systems; preferably Workday.Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives.Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice.Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement and organizational change.Work in partnership with the operational management teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs.Support other roles within the HR team as required with other projects and operational issues, e.G. recruitment, payroll.Build HR KPIs to make accurate decisions and identify opportunities.Understand business objectives and recommend new strategies and approaches to improve organizational effectiveness.Translate and implement our talent-led strategies into plans to hire, develop, and engage our employees.Job experience level: Junior Level, Intermediate Level#J-18808-Ljbffr
