We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team in Human ResourcesAs a Human Resources Consultant you will be responsible for supporting and driving the HR initiatives in alignment with the trategy and priorities. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities including employee relations, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement.**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:- Work closely with HR Manager and Operations Leaders to facilitate and implement the HR Strategy in alignment with the organization's strategy- Support career development of co-workers through counseling and guidance.- Review and analyze HR trends- Partner with other HR team members to support career movement across the organization- Ensure that employee relations matters are managed effectively and proactively throughout the organization- Ensure HR key initiatives, programs and policies are effectively aligned and executed.- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, recommend recruitment strategy and assist with hiring decision.- Coach managers on employee performance matters.- Champion company diversity & inclusion and corporate social responsibility initiatives- Integrate cultural values in the day-to-day business activities- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.**Basic Qualifications**:- Requires a college or university degree in Human Resources or related field of study- Eight years of practical human resource experience- Experience in labor relations, employee benefits, compensation, employment practices, Employee Development, training and a working knowledge of operations- Strong human relations and communications skills, along with organization planning and personal computer proficiency- Must have proven ability to maintain confidentiality- Previous experience in a manufacturing or operations environment- Previous experience supporting production employees and front-line leaders- Advanced English- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a highly matrixed organization- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions- Project management experience- Experience with conducting talent reviews, succession planning, and annual performance review calibration meetings**Additional Details**:**Final details****All qualified individuals - Including minorities, females, and individuals with disabilities - are encouraged to apply
