Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and digital transformation in HR processes? Join the Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Human Resources Continuous Improvement Manager. In this role, you'll focus on optimizing GBS process areas, with an emphasis on HR processes, automation, and digital solutions.
You'll lead process mapping, ideation sessions, and drive standard ways of working through tools like SIPOC and process taxonomy. Working with external providers (e.g., automating payroll), you will assess metrics and deliver impactful improvements. This flexible role is located in Queretaro, Mexico.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
**Process Mapping and Ideation**: Organize ideation sessions and develop process maps using SIPOC and process taxonomy, ensuring clear documentation of workflows and best practices.
**HR Process Optimization and RPO Management**: Lead the automation and improvement of HR processes, including working with external providers like RPOs (e.g., payroll automation).
**Continuous Improvement Metrics**: Assess and calculate the impact of continuous improvement initiatives, driving productivity and cost savings for GBS.
**Workshops and Governance**: Facilitate workshops and ensure standardization of global processes, focusing on scalability and aligning with GBS digital and operational goals.
**Collaborate with Stakeholders and Embrace Agile Methodology**: Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners, while operating within an AGILE framework and having opportunities for Scrum Master certification.
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement, ideally within HR.
Solid understanding of HR processes (e.g., past HR Process Lead, HTR Process Improvement Manager/Lead).
Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement metrics to assess and drive process efficiencies.
Experience working in an agile environment, with the potential to certify as a Scrum Master.
Excellent communication skills to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
