We are looking for a _Human Resources Coordinator _to join our team. Based in the City of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, reporting to the HR Manager. You will be responsible for the functional maintenance of the work environment terms of labor relations, reports, handling resignations and terminations of contracts and customer service to all staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Keep daily control of absenteeism and turnover.
- Keep Tress database and Workday System updated.
- Coordinates activities with other departments to maintain discipline and order within the company according with progressive discipline matrix.
- Coordinate and supervise employee services (cafeteria, cleaning, guards and transportation).
- Control and administration of lockers.
- Follow/ups on labor issues with staff and problem solution.
- Control and administration of parking access cards.
- Preparation of weekly reports of HR KPI.
- Attend production daily meetings.
- Labor Union relations.
- Budget analysis related to labor cost.
- Monthly labor cost closing reports.
- Following of programs established by corporate.
- Salary analysis according to local market.
- Event coordination.
- Cover absences of the Human Resource Manager.
- Follow-up on legal cases with company lawyers.
- Conduct work environment surveys.
- Management of external personnel incidents.
- Coordination and conduct of monthly meetings.
- Control and administration of medical expenses insurance and life insurance.
- Responsible for supervising the first and second shift.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, business administration, law or related field.
- 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Knowledge in LFT, Infonavit, IMSS, Payroll.
- Advanced English.
- Management of office equipment.
- Teamwork.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Management of tress and workday system.
