**POSITION**:Human Resources Coordinator.

**Reports to**: General Manager.

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**

SEX: Indistinct

AGE: Over 30 years

LANGUAGES: English 85%

VISA: if the applicant is a foreigner, a work visa or temporary or permanent residence is requested

EXPERIENCE: minimum 5 years of HR performance

EDUCATION: completed bachelor's degree

**FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Person in charge of personnel selection processes.

Incorporate talent into the company and fill vacancies.

Develop talent acquisition strategies and discover potential employees.

Advanced knowledge in social media.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:

- Complete knowledge of the operation of your position.
- Knowledge of all aspects of HR.
- Negotiation knowledge.
- Bilingual. Level B2 of English and Spanish.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to correctly identify problems and determine the most effective solutions.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- Computer.
- Intermediate math.
- Reports.
- Social Media.

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
