(SEUHO) is looking for a trilingual (Spanish, English, and Japanese) Human Resource Coordinator in Aguascalientes. This person will coordinate human resources activities including the administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. This person will support group companies in Mexico by working closely with the holdings company in the U.S.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Work closely with the HR team at the holdings company in the U.S. to coordinate the development of HR systems at each company in Mexico.- Ensure proper implementation of the global and regional HR policies.- Coordinate procedures related to company employees with government authorities such as the Mexican Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), the National Institute of Migration (INM), the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), the National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), and the Labor Consumption Fund (INFONACOT). Respond to visits by the above government authorities.- Coordinate the activities of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment and selection, human resources management, compensation, compensation, labor relations termination, organizational development, health and safety, and training.- Prepare formats and regulations for the HR area in accordance with the laws currently in force.- Maintain records of hours worked, paid leave, accidents, and other personnel matters.- Make regular reports to the Managing Director and other management.- Perform other duties as assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- A bachelor's (preferably a master's) degree in business administration or a related field.- Native-level Spanish language and business-level communication in English and Japanese is required.- 5+ years of experience in human resources and administration.- Thorough knowledge of laws affecting human resources administration.- Up to date on local employment law and regulations.- Demonstrated organizational skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations- High level of integrity and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information- Self-direct and proficient at multi-tasking.- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- World-class customer service skills.- Ability to interact with team members from all levels of the organization.- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.- Accurate, dependable, detail-oriented, analytical with strong organizational skills.**About Sumitomo Electric Group
