Human Resources Cordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement effective **onboarding programs** to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Develop and execute **employee development plans**, including training and career progression initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, rebuilding trust in the HR department through transparent and proactive communication.
- Actively engage with employees across all levels to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations and certifications, including **ISO IATF, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000** standards.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of **Mexican labor laws** and HR compliance.
- Hands-on experience with **payroll systems** (Tress preferred).
- Familiarity with ISO certifications (ISO IATF, ISO 14000, ISO 45000).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all organizational levels.
