We are driven by a common purpose to make a positive impact for each other, our communities, and the environment.**JOB SUMMARY**This position is responsible for HR data entry and maintenance of HR system activities associated with employee information, while maintaining a high level of data integrity for assigned sites.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Maintain accurate and timely entry of employee related transactions (job, personal, and benefit) into various HRIS tools including SAP HR and/or Employee Central.- Maintain Organizational Structure in SAP HR, keeping abreast of company-wide organizational changes.- Critically evaluate Employee Change Forms for accuracy and adherence to company policies and protocol. Work with local HR teams to resolve data integrity issues where appropriate.- Support the communication and interpretation of Jabil's HR systems strategies, procedures & compliance requirements.- Maintain the confidentiality of all information.- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**- Functional knowledge of HR business processes and master data structures and how they relate to and incorporate into HR related business systems.- Ability to identify and solve problems, as well as propose system and process improvements.- Experience in managing multiple large initiatives simultaneously.- Ability to effectively communicate to various audiences within managerial levels.- Ability to work in a team within a matrix management environment.- Proficiency in planning, time management and decision-making skills.- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assignments, and have the latitude to adapt procedures, processes and techniques.**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**- HS Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of four (4) year work-related experience required in human resources (HR); Experience in HR information systems (HRIS preferred.WORKING CONDITIONS- Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.- Travel requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 5%.- Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours
