Providing coaching and support to people leaders and associates to improve employee engagement, performance, morale, and employee development. Development and facilitation of employee training needs including new employee orientation, leadership development, safety, ethics, and cross-training programs. Partnering with leadership teams to create and implement actions or projects for stronger and more cost-effective workforce planning and management, ensuring alignment with our culture. Leading recruitment efforts and developing a process by partnering with business groups to identify workforce needs and developing sourcing strategies to hire and retain qualified and hard-working employees for our organization. Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, as needed to augment our internal sourcing capabilities. Facilitating and leading organizational change through business leaders by assessing the readiness, willingness and ability for change and influence plans accordingly. Cultivating and driving a positive culture based on our Core Values. Responsible for all regional communications, policies, and employee guidelines to achieve goals and fulfill legal requirements. Responsible for coordinating Mexico payroll, Compensation and Benefits functions and the compliance aspects that are involved. Designingcompensation and benefits programs to attract, retain and motivate employees to achieve desired results. Manage annual compensation and merit processes, performing market assessments to ensure competitiveness. Establish and maintain environmental, health and safety standards including training, analytics, auditing, and compliance. Manage all aspects of employee and labor relations reducing legal risks and ensuring legal compliance. Assessing the severity, involves appropriate individuals and facilitates appropriate action based on established practice and relevant laws. Partners with the legal department as needed.
