As an expat working in Saltillo, you can enjoy a stimulating work environment and a pleasant quality of life, with benefits such as competitive salary conditions, provided housing and car, as well as insurance and employee support programs.**ROLE**:Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources for the ISE Metal Group, the Human Resources Director will act as a member of the management committee of our plant in Mexico responsible for developing strategies and action plans to meet the division's challenges. The incumbent, along with other directors, will be responsible for the proper functioning of the plant. They will be the guardian of the company's values and ensure that human resources efforts align with the company's strategies and objectives.YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Contribute to business strategy and implement an efficient HR structure; - Supervise the HR department consisting of 5 people; - Mobilize the team to maintain and improve existing HR practices and policies; - Manage recruitment, training, and retention activities to ensure the expansion of the plant and the retention of its employees; - Manage health and safety at work (SST); - Ensure compliance withbudgets and deadlines; - Contribute to promoting the employer brand; - Conduct employee evaluations and oversee the development of their skills and recognition.YOUR PROFILE- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations; - 7-10 years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment; - Bilingual in French/Spanish (English is an asset); - Strong leadership skills; - Ease of adaptation;- Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit; - Excellent communication skills (oral and written); - Creativity in problem-solving; - Ability to manage multiple files at once and prioritize; - Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
