The Plant Human Resources Manager should be dedicated to creating a safe environment where team members understand and observe Android's values.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible for all HR functions within the Plant, following the Company's policies and procedures.- Onboard new hires- Ensure records are compliant with legal requirements and company processes and policies- Ensure compliance to the development plans, for example training plans and performance reviews.- Assess the team members' strengths and weaknesses, understanding the skills gaps, and recommending learning and growth opportunities, with the goal of creating a succession plan.- Create and facilitate trainings and materials, coach and collaborate with other content creators- Promoting the company's core values, primary objectives, and culture- Fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement, ensuring team member retention- Coordinate activities and communication opportunities to build and maintain team member morale- Maintain communication flow regarding pertinent information such as company announcements and policy changes- Encourage involvement and participation on company social media platforms- Review and monitor team member performance evaluations.- Maintain and coordinate team member recognition programs- Promote a team environment and open communications (for example, town hall meetings).- Assist with internal audit process to identify gaps in policies and procedures and implement corrective actions for any nonconformities.- Manage and resolve worker's compensation/safety issues with plant leadership
