Do you enjoy creating exceptional employee experiences? Join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Employee Services Advisor. In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR services, and ensure processes are aligned with regional policies, local legislation, SLAs, and statutory requirements, providing seamless support throughout the employee lifecycle.
You'll also act as a trusted advisor, offering professional guidance to employees and HR teams while ensuring local services meet customer needs and deliver a satisfying experience. This position is based in Toluca, Mexico.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
**Onboarding Process Management**: Oversee the entire onboarding process, including admissions review, scheduling medical checks, and coordinating the distribution of welcome kits to new hires.
**Employee Support and Assistance**: Serve as the primary point of contact for union employees, addressing inquiries related to payroll, vacations, cafeteria services, and other matters. Facilitate the employee departure process, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
**Administrative and Payroll Support**: Support payroll processing, social security payments, and the management of general services. Monitor and control Human Resources monthly invoices and purchase orders.
**File and Record Management**: Maintain and organize personnel files and records, both physical and electronic, throughout the employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination.
**External Relations**: Manage interactions with the union and liaise with external entities such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT to address and resolve any matters effectively.
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, HR or any other related field.
English proficiency.
+2 or more years of related work experience.
PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision making and communications skills, as well as detail-oriented.
Results oriented.
