.**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs. The position drives continuous improvement in human resources while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**- Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes in the HR Management Systems.- Responsible of the pre-payroll process.- Administers programs, projects, and/or processes related to the HR function and fully supports plant initiatives- Perform higher level duties involving employee communications, such as pre-employment screening, responding to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures, identifying potential issues and grievances, etc.- Performs the maintenance of the human resources information system for the site and ensure data integrity between the two HR management systems- Assist in organizing and performing recognition and plants events- Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.- Manage the Major Medical Expenses and Life Insurance.
