- Your Roles & Responsibilities- Ensure the timely and correct payment of each person in their respective plant.
- Scope of the function in payroll processes: capture of weekly and fortnightly incidents.
- Request high and low staff.
- It is responsible for timely generating the files of the new hires of your plant for their registration.
- Responsible for employee satisfaction regarding dining, transportation and cleaning services
- Your Skills & Strenghts- 3 years of experience in the position
- Administrative, social-human or engineering professional
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge in SAP HR module
- Knowledge in Infonavit and Fonacot
- Word, excel
- Knowledge federal labor law
- Knowledge of Social Security Law
