ILC Dover is a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, which acquired the company in February 2020.**Job Summary**:The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR manager and onsite leadership. This position takes ownership of the following functional areas: Recruitment, HRIS, Training, HR Metrics and Reporting, Compensation and Benefits, ILC Dover Orientation and Organizational Exits. This position is also responsible for supporting HR manager in the following functional areas: Employee relations, Performance Management, Policy Implementation and Employment Law Compliance.**Responsibilities**:- Participates and coordinates the full recruitment life cycle (at all levels of the organization) from job analysis exercises; review and posting of job deEscrituraions; selection and coordination with team members to create a competitive recruitment and retention program- Development of the annual training plan, responsible for monitoring and compliance with regulations by the STPS as applicable (DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4). Responsible for training matrix.- Facilitates and maintain company HRIS system to enhance HR programs and offering- Manages and reports to the HR Manager on key HR metrics and on tracking mechanisms for example: staff lists, shift changes, site vacation reports, performance review compliance and so forth, absenteeism, attrition, TTF, etc.- Works with HR Manager to identify and implement retention strategies, including recognition programs, growth, and promotional opportunities in alignment with ILC Dover corporate policies- Lead HR representative on all Employee Relations Issue for hourly/Salaried work force- Supports HR Manager to manage exit programs, including, voluntary exits, involuntary exits and development of actions plans- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed- Maintains compliance with employment and benefits laws and regulations- Supports HR Manager on current & future projects.- This job responsibilities are not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
