Our Commerce Execution Suite is available globally.**Essential Functions**:**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the execution of all HR administrative services- Support in all aspects of recruitment and selection for staff, in accordance with the process used by the organization:- Post positions on local job boards- Review resumes in Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) and outside job boards within 24 hours and forward to hiring managers for review- Conduct Recruiter Screens to gather basic information and provide feedback to hiring managers- Coordinate with hiring manager and/or Talent Acquisition team to set up phone screens and interviews- Send and manage the review of technical assignments- Coordinate debriefs- Maintain and update recruiting process in ATS and on recruiting spreadsheets- Work with Talent Acquisition team on offers and issue offer letters- Work with Office Administrator to ensure computers are ordered and request logins to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.- Along with the Office Admninistrator, onboard new employees - initiate/coordinate background checks, conduct orientation on first day, provide promotional items, training, explain working expectations.- Manage and oversee employee benefits, ensuring they are compliant with local statutory laws.- Responsible for all general administrative, logístical, and organizational support, including but not limited to: updating personnel files, managing leave requests/process, benefits and entitlements, payroll, etc. with a high level of attention to detail.- Supervise Administration Manager- Ensure payroll data is accurate and processed in a timely fashion.- Performance Management - act as a resource for Wiser's online performance management tool and process and ensure system is updated with employee / manager information.- Collaborate with People Operations leadership and employment counsel on disciplinary actions, such as performance plans, employee warnings, and terminations.- Ensure all HR information systems are up to date, as well as personnel files and other employee data bases with high levels of attention to detail.**Skills and Qualifications**:- **_Resumes must be submitted in English_**- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or related area is preferred.- Proficient in English, both oral and written is imperitive.- Management or supervising experience required.- Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom (or similar), and willingness to learn/master other programs and software as necessary
