**Job Summary**
We are opening our Monterrey, and we need to find top talent to ensure our new distribution center's success.
Malouf is seeking a hard-working, organized, and results-driven professional to contribute to our warehouse team in Laurens.
The Human Resource Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a great amount of detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to supervisors in any clerical, technical, or communication tasks needed
- Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Greets and assists applicants and visitors.
Responds to general inquiries about human resources.
- Communications general information to employees, applicants, and the public concerning employment opportunities, benefit programs, and personnel policies
- Works with managers to schedule interviews
- Processes new hire paperwork.
- Conducts new-employee orientations.
- Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions
- Serving as point person for all new employee questions
- Assists with benefits administration.
- Leads the coordination of company parties and other related facility events.
- Serves as an employee advocate.
- Supports the coordination of cultural events of the company and other events related to the facilities.
- Generate annual budget for HR.
- Generation of recruitment strategies aligned with the objectives of the organization
- Responsible for internal communication of the company in relation to employment opportunities, benefit programs, and personnel policies
- Design and implement a human resources strategy that includes talent acquisition, recruitment, talent retention, assessment of future talent needs.
- Support the design of labor policies to reduce conflicts, legal problems and improve employee productivity.
- Collaborate with managers to understand the skills and competencies required for vacancies.
- Implement and strengthen onboarding and offboarding protocols and assist colleagues during the onboarding stage (general training on tools, introduction, general internal protocols)
- Design and lead initiatives that include research and diagnosis, to maximize the commitment of all employees.
- Ensuring best practices, methods and innovative processes related to recruitment, selection and onboarding.
- Support in the creation of KPIs and establishment of objectives
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees

Skills and Experience*
- Attention to detail and effective organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Able to adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Must have a solid and broad understanding of Human Resource principles and practices.
- 2 years' applicable professional experience
**Required Qualifications**
- Graduate of LRH, LPO, LAE, LCF or similar careers
- Advanced English (oral and written)
- Proven track record of 3+ years' experience
- Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
