Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
You will work closely with our operations & senior management teams to handle all day-to-day HR needs for the business.
We are flexible around experience level, and comfortable hiring someone with between 2 to 5 years of work experience.

We're working towards building a modernized $100mm+ vertically-integrated platform selling through direct-to-consumer, owned retail and traditional wholesale channels.
Sola Wood Flowers has grown to ~100 people in less than 4 years and is looking to continue our rapid-growth with the right Human Resources Generalist.

**Key Objectives**:
- Handle recruiting of new team members for general labor roles.
- Assist with recruiting other team members. For example, in the marketing or customer service department.
- Assist our team with utilizing their benefits.
- Help with terminations and feedback for employees as-needed.
- Update/manage processes in HR.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent spoken English.
- At least 2 years of HR experience.
- Knowledgeable & familiar with local labor laws in the state.
- Are able to provide references as requested. We do not want to waste your time or ours with a potential mishire. Our interview process is detailed & thorough.

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
