Descripción y detalle de las actividadesCoordinate the recruitment process of direct labor maintain continued communication with employees, Safety Engineers and Production Supervisors to timely fill the open positions. 2. Responsible for HR system entry regarding new hires, terminations. 3. Responsible to maintain Personnel files, electronic and hard copies. 4. Coordinates different administrative activates related to employee relations such as Transportation, Cafeteria, EPP, among others. 5. Actively participate in toolbox meetings and follow up on employee concerns. 6. Assist on Onboarding process and training of hourly new hires. 7. Assist in time keeping process. 8. Assist on day-to-day Labor relations situations. 9. Assist with postings of employment opportunities. 10. Prepares different HR reports in Tress system to support Production supervisors, BU management. 11. Assist in the organization of social events such as Picnic, Christmas party, Mother's Day, Plant meeting, etc., in general comply with the Communication Plan. 12.
