.Job DescriptionThe HRG/HRBP provides strategy to align business goals with Sensia Global polices, process and programs by driving organizational effectiveness, leading change management, organization development, and delivering talent effectiveness programs. Demonstrates functional expertise and is seen as coach and trusted advisor to the Business Unit _s_ leaders, while supporting the leaders to create and maintain a positive work environment. This role will also provide support to Business Units and Functions, as and when required for all LATAM Region.Key Accountabilities:- This position is responsible for ensuring alignment between business requirements of the business functions they lead within Business Units and Sensia Global's HR policies, processes, and programs. In addition, has responsibility for identifying, leading and supporting HR strategies and initiatives within these business/functions.- Partners with the business leaders and their direct reports to define short-term and long-term organization development requirements (workforce planning, development, culture, etc.). Business leaders create contingency plans for their strategy based on possible market developments. HRBPs should work with them to create alternate talent plans based on multiple scenarios.- Ensures a complete understanding of the strategy and needs of the Business Unit- Working regularly with business leaders and in-country HRG's to ensure a deep leadership bench that has the skills to execute on strategy; also ensuring that critical roles can be filled quickly and effectively in the event of a vacancy.- May be required to provide support across BU's and Functions within LATAM region- Provides inputs from the above actions to support the semi-annual human resource Talent & Leadership Review, including succession planning and identification of high potential employees. Leverages insights from discussions with leaders to address leadership gaps and opportunities, and ensure the creation of development plans to bridge the gaps at supported level for Business Units- Partners with global HR colleagues, COEs, HR Services, and business leaders to create focus on Business Units goals, including: delivery of organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leading change management, delivery of talent effectiveness, and the creation of a healthy work environment which fosters a high level of employee engagement and a performance-based culture.- Drives successful execution of new initiatives, including the rollout of business initiatives and programs focused on organizational and cultural change.- Identifies the technical, professional and management training needs of the employees within the business. Ensure the necessary programs are available locally.- Ensures that proper compensation levels and programs are maintained to motivate and retain employees by partnering with HR Compensation team
