HR face with the entire designated departments, helping to take the right decision on everything related with HR, including, Recruitment, Compensations, Trainning, People Development, Talent Management, etc.- Provides day to day performance management HR guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) and support employees' requirements.- Responsible to implement the necessary actions or strategies to attract and retain our talent avoiding turnover, assure succession plan's for the people in order to make the departments grow.- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
