Human Resources Generalist

ObjectiveManage and coordinate the pre-payroll process achieving the timely payment of salaries and benefits of all Magnocampo employees, in full compliance with current labor regulations, also coordinate and supervise the administrative functions of the Human Resources area, such as performance indicators of the area, labor relations, training, support in Organizational Culture events, among others.Profile:Schooling: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, LAE, Industrial Relations or related (graduate).Knowledge: LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR (preferred).Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar position (responsible for payroll, personnel administration, labor relations) in companies with 1,000 employees.Software: Office 365, ERP, preferably PROSESO.Requirement: valid driver's license.Critical functions:Manage and coordinate the preparation of the pre-payroll.Perform the calculation of performance indicators of the area.Achieve an adequate personnel administration.Promote harmonious labor relations.Generate performance improvement actions.Competencies:Focus on results.Collaborative work.Assertive communication.Customer orientation.Continuous improvement.Values Model: teamwork, integrity, loyalty, discipline, excellence, fraternity.We offer:Salary + PSL + fuel support.Face-to-face work from Monday to Friday at Corporate Offices (Amatitán, Jalisco).Send your CV to:******#J-18808-Ljbffr
