Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an **HR Generalist **for our plant in **Zacoalco, JAL**.- This is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position._**What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Assist, provide information and maintain an effective communication with applicants and employees regarding labor relations, policies, benefits, processes and other HR matters.- Develop and present information briefings, reports, and KPI's to help the HR and leadership team develop solutions, processes and policies.- Collect and maintain employees' documents, records and database required for a correct administration.- Assist with hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and absenteeism recordkeeping.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Previous experience as HR Generalist- Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations.- Proficient with Microsoft Office**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Bachelor's DegreeEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.Except where prohibited by state law, all offers of employment are conditioned upon successfully passing a drug test.
