Be part of something bigger with Chromalloy.**Job Description**:Chromalloy Mexicali is seeking for an HRG to lead a payroll transition project and cover maternitiy leave of permanent staff.- Lead payroll system transition project.- Knowledge of payroll systems (TRESS)- Determine the profiles required in open positions, such as their activities, responsibilities, among others.- Receives resumes, filters, analyzes and delivers for greater effectiveness and efficiency to the superior in charge.- Complies with the policies and procedures established for its activity.- Performs internal and external publications of administrative job openings.- Make sure to integrate the files of the contracted personnel with the documents required in the checklist, stories as your organization.- Responsible for the welcoming process of the administrative employees, delivering their contract and badge, informing them of their benefits, job description and vacancy objectives, etc.- Inputs new administrative employees into the TRESS/ADP system.- Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.- Make purchase orders in the area of Human Resources, Uniforms, anniversary shirts and birthday gifts.- Organizes the delivery of employee birthday gifts each month.- Establishes coordination for the delivery of uniforms to all employees, production and administrative personnel.- Welcomes and announces organizations of new administrative employees.- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.- Assign locks to all plant personnel.- Make employee loan plans in accordance with the available Savings Fund.- Responsible for directing and ensuring the correct administration of the benefits established in the Internal Labor Regulations and Company Policies.- Responsible for keeping employees' files and databases up-to-date, comply with administrative security processes.- Manage and care for the Company's assets and coordinate the activities resulting from the routine operation and safety of the Company
