**Responsibilities**:
The HRIS Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with a focus on benefits modules.
This role includes ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and providing strategic insights through data analysis.
The analyst collaborates with HR, IT, Payroll and external vendors to enhance system capabilities and support employee benefits administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and configure the HRIS benefits modules to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to benefits processing.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS by conducting regular audits and data validations.
- Analyze benefits data to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionalities.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to system processes to increase efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding benefit data management.
- Provide technical support and training to HR and benefits staff on HRIS functionalities.
- Develop user guides and training materials to ensure effective use of the system.
- Work with external vendors to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting new HRIS solutions as needed.

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors as well as system configuration.
- Experience in HRIS management or benefits administration.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
