First point of contact for blue collar employees, providing resolution to employee needs and concerns. Execute blue collar retention strategies, leading sessions with employees and supervisors to learn about and detect areas of opportunity.**Your responsibilities**:- Recruitment, selection and hiring process for hourly employees: Interviews and hiring filters- Follow up with recruiting suppliers: update the headcount requirements, close communication- Blue collar onboarding process: documents, contracts and payroll- Employee files management: control and update of all employees files.- Follow-up with supervisors on employee absenteeism- Lead sessions with employees to evaluate their experience and work environment, detecting potential red flags and taking action on them**Your background**:- Location: Ramos Arizpe, Coah. MX (work on site)- Currently enrolled (1 year before of graduation)- Advanced English, Excel intermediate knowledge- Skills: Proactive & results oriented profile, Strong oral and written communication, Working well in a team, Good time management.**More about us**:
