Human Resources Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities_1. Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.2. Provide support to one or more applied disciplines including, but not limited to, Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, EH&S, Recruiting, and Learning & Development.5. Cross-train with other department members to ensure seamless support of all HR duties.6. Manage confidential files and other privileged information.7. Under close supervision, follow area processes and work instructions.8. Understand. Create. Simplify.9. Other duties as assigned.- Required Qualifications_Current student studying Human Resources or related field at an accredited institutionProficient knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilitiesAbility to work cooperatively in a team environmentBackground check results satisfactory to SELNegative drug test result(s)- Preferred Qualifications_Experience with Human Resources Information SystemsKnowledge of HR laws and practices- Physical Requirements_None
