Join Human Resources team to support translating business goals into HR priorities while ensuring an effective partnership with Centers of Expertise, Front Office and Global Business Services.
**Your responsibilities**:

- Support in the implementation of projects focused in employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing
- Represent HR with the employees clarifying doubts and providing resolutions to issues related to payroll, compensation & benefits, life-cycle actions, etc.
- Support in the organization and development of internal events
- Support in the development of internal communications

**Your background**:

- Students with bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management or related field of studies with active school insurance
- Availability from Monday to Friday
- Advanced English level
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Desirable knowledge on payroll and OHR tools
- Independent and structured way of thinking, self
- initiative, goal
- oriented
- Availability for 6 months with the possibility of extension up to 1 year
