What do you get to do in this position?
In this role, you will be responsible to support HRBP business with a strategic focus.
This position facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with hourly employees and supervisors to address root causes of human resources issues.
Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach.
Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.
Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives.
* Identifying critical HR metrics.
* Adjusting HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.
* Support HRBP of business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
* Works closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
* Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes and results.

This job might be for you if: * Active bachelor students from 7th semester and up related to the HR area: Administration, Psychology, IIA, International Busines, Communication, Public Relations.
* Graduating in December 2025 or later * English Level Advanced * Strategic mindset: anticipate future trends and implications accurately.
