**Position: Human Resources Intern**Location: MonterreyContract Type: Internship, 6-18 months**Job Summary**:The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the corporate office. This role will primarily focus on onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment.**Responsibilities**:**Onboarding**:- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.- Process requests for bank account, photo, and car information.- Schedule contract signing.- Prepare contracts and welcome kits.- Coordinate onboarding agenda with the manager.- Create employee ID badges.- Request parking spots.- Conduct welcoming "Tour of Office".**Employee Engagement**:- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and general events.- Help create and implement strategies to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.**HR Administration**:- Maintain employee records - Assist with filing and organizing HR documents and records.- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment letters.- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.**HR Projects**:- Contribute to special HR projects as assigned- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices.**Requirements**:- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Strong interest in a career in HR.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
