Description Steelcase Monterrey is offering an Internship opportunity with the Human Resources team as a Human Resources Intern, this person will provide services and support to the Center of Excellence and Shared Services teams; Responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to the following:Data management tasks: Data entry of new hires, terminations and employee changes on HR systemsSupport employee's inquiries from the US and Mexico through email, chat, and phoneParticipate in continuous process improvement and development to improve current processes and implement new processes.You will be actively learning of the different Centers of Excellence (Payroll, Benefits, TA, etc)Who you areRequired Skills or Competencies Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, or any Business degree.Basic - intermediate Excel is required.To graduate at least on December 2025 or laterFluent in English is a must for this role.
Availability to work from 7am- 4pm.
