Join Human Resources team to support translating business goals into HR priorities while ensuring an effective partnership with Centers of Expertise, Front Office and Global Business Services.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Support in the compliance of the onboarding program for all factory personnel.
- Support in the payroll area (attendance control, credentials, access, documents, etc).
- Update documents and employee's personal information for physical and digital file.
- Design of HR communications for employees.
- Support in the implementation of HR policy processes derived from the employer substitution, according to the LFT.
- Supports the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of services within defined area, as directed.
- Learns to accomplish relevant tasks through practical experience, to support course of academic study and/or enhance personal employment opportunities.
**Your background**:
- Student in Administration or Psychology.
- Experience in areas of service and/or customer service
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel/ Power Point/Word).
