**Responsibilities**:
**What will you be doing?
**
Responsible for partnering with functional business leaders across Human Resources/Legal/Comms team at a sector level to manage end to end solutions with a DevSecOps approach.
Understanding business strategies and processes to proactively recommend solutions leveraging Pepsico Global Platforms and deliver Sector Products and Capabilities.
This role performs and deliver across core IT disciplines: Relationship Management, Demand Shapping, Solutions Development and Delivery, Information Security and platforms/products Continous Improvement, Maintenance and Monitoring.
Be the point of contact for our Human Resources/Legal/Comms teams.
Lead relationship between IT and business functions ensuring a single point of contact from IT (A,E)
Propose sector IT solutions and products by leveraging Global Platforms (A,E)
Support Business Strategy Execution ensuring DevSecOps operating model and Agile ways of working implementation (A, E)
It & Business capability roadmapping & Ideas generation (A,C)
Demand shaping to orchestrate capabilities development and drive value for the organization (A,E)
Value assessment, monitoring & reporting (A,I)
Sector Apps/Products Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance, Monitoring and Continuous Improvement (A,E)
Partners with all IT teams to create and deploy solutions and services, orchestrates resources and ensures appropriate business engagement and ownership.

Leads strategic functional and IT portfolios orchestrating program and projects management, communicating program/projects exceptions and ensuring alignment with the business strategy.

Represents business interests for operation, sustain solutions and services (A,I)
Maintains awareness and knowledge of new concepts, emerging technology, architecture, industry and PepsiCo developments and proposes changes to solution architecture as necessary
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Fluent in Spanish and English
Agile Mindset
Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect clients/customers
Ability to solve highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Management skills with the ability to make independ teams work together
5+ years of related IT business work experience
Desirable experience in IT/Human Resources projects
Desirable advanced degree (e.g.
Master) or equivalent experience.
Desirable certifications (Agile, PMI, Scrum)
